Yarrow

Yarrow is a plant known for its benefits for women's health.

Its action, mimicking that of progesterone  - a progesterone-like action, helps to prevent and reduce disorders associated with premenstrual syndrome, premenopause and heavy menstruation .

It also has vasoconstrictor properties and therefore can help with leg swelling problems, hemorrhoids, varicose veins and more.

Abraham's tree

The tree of Abraham  helps to regulate the hormonal changes responsible for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome  and those associated with menopause .

It can also have an effect on disorders in  reproductive health .

It is taken in the form of a tincture, usually in the middle of the menstrual cycle.

Wild wormwood

Wild wormwood acts on menstrual pains and amenorrhea .

It is taken in the form of herbal teas several days a month, but it is contraindicated in case of inflammation of the uterus and during pregnancy .

German chamomile

Used since ancient times, German chamomile has valuable antispasmodic properties that soothe pain in case of menstrual cramps.

It is taken as a tea  by infusing the flowering tops.

Lemon balm

Lemon balm soothes painful menstruation thanks to its antispasmodic properties.

It also applies to stress or anxiety .

Not recommended for hypothyroidism .

Hamamelis

Witch hazel is a plant with analgesic and vasoconstrictive properties, which makes it a preferred remedy for venous insufficiency and varicose veins .

It also has an antihemorrhagic effect and its application is effective in heavy menstruation .

Field horsetail

Horsetail has a high content of silicon dioxide and other minerals , which makes it an ideal remineralizer, especially during menopause , which prevents osteoporosis.

Its diuretic action also makes it effective for urinary tract infections.

Sage - sage

Sage has estrogen-like properties.

Therefore, it is particularly effective for regulating the menstrual cycle .

On the other hand, its use is not recommended for  hormone-dependent cancer.

It is taken in the form of tea .

Hops

Hops act in the body like estrogen , so it is especially indicated for women after menopause or those who often experience symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

It is also recommended for stress -related insomnia .

Raspberry

Astringent raspberry leaves tone the uterus and its ligaments, thus facilitating menstruation and childbirth .

Raspberry leaves have an antispasmodic effect on the uterine muscle, soothe menstrual cramps and also reduce nausea during pregnancy.
