Skinbusters gradually hydrate the skin in depth and improve its elastic properties. They can be used on women and men, with treatment areas covering the skin of the face, lips, neck, décolletage and hands.

Before starting the procedure, the injection site can be anesthetized locally with an anesthetic in the form of a cream. Through a fine needle  , the product is deposited at the dermis level to hydrate the skin and correct wrinkles. The effect is visible immediately after it is performed. After the procedure, you may experience mild discomfort such as redness, itching, tenderness or bruising at the injection site, which usually disappears in 1-2 days.

It is usually necessary to apply 3-5 procedures , and the effect lasts for about half a year. Skinbusters are used in combination with fillers, mesotherapy, botox, etc.

Botox

The application of botulinum toxin (Botox) is a non-surgical method for treating mimic wrinkles in the face area (forehead, around the eyes, between the eyebrows) and some other areas. It is a neurotoxin from the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum.

When botulinum toxin is injected into the area of the facial muscles, there is an inability to voluntarily contract the muscles of the face, as a result of reversible blocking of nerve impulses to the muscles. Botox is injected only into the dynamic wrinkles that are produced when muscles contract and when different emotions are expressed - joy, anger, surprise. An example of such are: horizontal forehead wrinkles, angry wrinkle between the eyebrows, crow's feet wrinkles around the eyes, neck and décolletage wrinkles.

Before the procedure, it is assessed whether the patient is of a suitable age for botulinum toxin injection. The area to be treated can be numbed by applying a numbing cream and the face is outlined and marked with points where the botulinum toxin should be injected. In this way, it relaxes the relevant muscle group and the maximum effect is achieved. The neurotoxin blocks the transmission of the nerve impulse from the neuron to the muscle fiber.

After the procedure, the injected areas should not be massaged or pressed, during the first 4 hours one should not lie down or bend the head. In the next 72 hours at least, cosmetic products and procedures should not be applied, nor should alcohol be consumed. The duration of the effect depends on the type of muscle, the effect usually lasts from 4 to 6 months. With each subsequent application, the effect is 1 year.

Fillers

Dermal fillers can be used as a non-surgical method for smoothing wrinkles , hollows, filling bags under the eyes, shaping the cheekbones, increasing the volume of the lips and their contouring, smoothing scars.

There are two major groups of dermal fillers – natural and synthetic. Fillers composed of natural products - mainly hyaluronic acid - have a much lower risk of causing an allergic reaction. The effect is immediate , and the duration is from half to a year. Hyaluronic acid breaks down in the body over time and maintenance is therefore necessary.

Before placing a filler, a consultation with a dermatologist is required, who assesses the necessary amount and depth of application to achieve the desired result. After that, an anesthetic cream is applied, followed by the essence of the procedure – the injection of the dermal filler.

The duration varies around a few minutes depending on the amount of areas being treated. After the manipulation, the effect is immediately visible, as there may be bruises and swelling at the injection site, which subside in a few days. Patients return to their daily activities without the need for a recovery period.

In cases where fillers are not sufficient for a given correction, they can be combined with Botox, peeling and laser procedures for the best result.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy can be performed on patients of any age . In the years of puberty, it is used to fight acne or acne scars. After the age of 20, this type of procedure can be started to hydrate the skin, fight pigmentation and the earliest signs of photoaging.

The manipulation is almost painless and caused slight discomfort. A local anesthetic may be used during the procedure. Mesotherapy for the face is a minimally invasive procedure and a complex of useful minerals and amino acids is introduced through repeated injections, which are delivered to the mesoderm. A slight bump (papule) forms at the site of the sting, which disappears completely within a day. The result is firming, improving the elasticity and appearance of the skin, smoothing fine wrinkles. Facial skin looks younger and fresher.

The duration of the procedure is about 20-30 minutes, depending on the area being treated. The procedure improves blood circulation , increases metabolism, restores the elasticity of the skin, by stimulating the production of elastin and collagen, effectively rejuvenates it. Adverse reactions are possible such as redness and slight swelling in the treated area, itching, burning, which disappear within a few hours to 1-2 days.

Contraindications for performing the procedures are pregnancy and breastfeeding, infections in the treated area, allergies to certain ingredients. Depending on the condition of the skin and the relevant problem, the dermatologist evaluates what substances are most suitable to introduce and what types of procedures to combine for a natural and beautiful skin appearance.
